Usually you find that Job Adverts these days, are looking to hire for a specific type of project - Cyber Security Or Software Implementation , tend to ask for someone who has had an experience on projects covering these. Now if a generalist can demonstrate at-least one project where they have been involved in Software Implementation or Cyber Security , they are much stronger than the average generalist.
