My take on this is that it´s helpful, first of all, to read the "Agile Practice Guide".
Then, you should brainstorm about the subject you are interested in, but related to your own experience.
Please consider, Scrum is not alone at the opposite end of the continuum from waterfall to agile - e.g. there is also AgilePM/DSDM, SAFe, Nexus, Kanban, XP, .... Moreover nowadays empowerment and entrepreneurship take the stage. Saving Changes...
