3.Review the latest project status report
4.Review if any open issues and risks.
5.Review the Project status with the Sponsor
6.Review the Project status with the Key Stakeholders
7.Schedule a brainstorming sessions with the Project Team
8.Create the mitigation plan for open issues
9.Create risk response plans for any open risks
10.Modify / update the project plan by re-evaluating the activity estimates.
11.Submit to the customer for the updated project plan approval

I would start by reviewing the charter, scope, plans, and progress reports so you can go into a 1:1 meeting with the sponsor and stakeholders as prepared as you can be. Double-check to make sure the charter, scope, and plans align with their needs. Next meet with the team to get an up-to-date status report and set clear expectations.
