Suggest to google 'project portfolio report' and look at the images.
Many PPM tools have standard reports, and many users customize their own.
One common report would rather be a dashboard, showing all project in a line each and being able to sort, select and produce graphs. Saving Changes...

Or. Determine what it is that Sr. Management wants to see, then create your own with motivation from searching the web for ideas. If using MS Project (2013 or 2016) can leverage reporting directly from there. Or can use MS Powerpoint, or MS Excel! Saving Changes...
Would suggest you check the templates section of the site first as there are lots of examples there. However, rather than use someone else's template which might fit the informational needs of their organization's context, it is better for you to first understand what is important to your senior management and tailor a report to fit their needs.
