I am sure most of us should have faced this issue at some point in time in our career.

How do you deal with the boss, who always criticizes you, never respects you, shouts at you in front of your team?

How did you tackle this type of bosses?

I agree with Kiron and Sante - Not sure I can add much but you need to handle this issue one way or another and let them know that their behavior is unacceptable.
Dear Rami,

Thank you very much for your valuable comments. I really appreciate it.

No one wanted to wake up in the morning to go to workplace where he/she is insulted. I would try to find out the why the boss is behaving that way. I don't see involving HR makes any sense.

Yes, you do not want to see the supervisor at all when you go through this kind of bullying at the workplace.

Thank you very much, Aboifazi.

Direct communication is the best. But, if that person is not worth talking with?... You understand what I mean right?

Harvard Business Review, including their multiple podcasts deals with some of these issues (difficult supervisors, team members, and subordinates) very well. I highly recommend.

Sripriya,

I think we all have been exposed to a similar situation at one time or another. You have very good feedback in the previous posts. It is yours to decide which way of dealing with it best fit you.
