A couple different possibilities.

Go through the 'Headliners' section and request from there.
Build your network from the 'featured' individuals - https://www.projectmanagement.com/connections/
Look into the most active section - https://www.projectmanagement.com/profile/peopleMain.cfm
But most importantly, Contribute. The more active a member, the more likely for others to want to reach out to connect.

Hi Santosh,
It is very right and rich platform where you can interact with people who are sharing their rich experience, giving valuable tips and suggestions to expand your perspective. I suggest to participate in discussion and may read articles and give your views. You may also request for connection. All the best!!

Participate in the discussions. As you do, add the people you are interacting with to your network. You will start to not only build your network numbers, but will also build virtual relationships with others.
You can also attend virtual seminars several times throughout the year. There are always live chats during the presentations.
Just enjoy interacting with others here.

I agree with Dinah’s recommendation and will add that you can go to Community - Headliners and you can connect with people from there too.

Building a strong network here or elsewhere means to help others without expecting a payback.
