In lieu to the recent earthquake in the Philippines, we are trying to come up and implement a basic, easily implementable, yet effective Business Continuity Management Strategy. We do not have any form of BCM strategy in place yet and I understand that we have a long way to go in terms of a comprehensive BCM strategy but the idea, as the initial iteration of the project, is to focus on and have a continuous support strategy to assist our client base with their issues and concerns with our products and services, in times of disaster. Thoughts?
