Who created Maslow's iconic hierarchy of needs pyramid?

As you know, the pyramid of Maslow can appear in the PMP exam.

Some time ago, I searched for the seminal work of Abraham Maslow that gave birth to this pyramid.

Surprise, surprise. I could not locate the pyramid in any of his books.
