What is the best way to facilitate change in an organization?

I am new to the organization, coming from a global IoT organization. I have been approached by the other Project Managers to lead in change discussions and also chosen to provide a presentation to senior leadership on a plan. While I am a Green Belt and have chosen to use Six Sigma as a guide, does anyone have any recommendations? I have been intentionally avoiding inserting my experience due to trying to learn the norms and culture of the new organization.
