If have prerequisites & qualifying hours for PgMP or PMP. which is the better avenue to take on testing for certification?
Are all the PMP testing requirements also included in the PgMP?
Is PgMp certification, acceptable to meet and exceed requirements of job postings for PMP's?
Is it wise to take one or the other certification to save dollar(s) on certification?
Input is appreciated.

If you do a search you'll find out that we've already had a discussion around the value of PgMP and PfMP. Employers and customers know what a PMP stands for. Unfortunately, the PgMP and PfMP do not enjoy the same recognition and status.

I agree with Stephane that the PMP is of much more value because it is so widely recognized. I would definitely start with that, and later consider the PgMP or other certifications if they will add any more value for you.
