When you are expecting an outcome from a team and mid-flight into the project , they have introduced more red tape into the process of achieving that outcome from them .

On a multi-team international project, having your team and product placed under audit (by a big-5 accounting firm) due to changes in sponsorship caused by corporate politics.

Impact Before:
- Frustration for having an undue burden placed on myself and the team.
- Late hours producing documentation, presentations, ad hoc requests, and countless additional meetings.

Impact After:
- Happiness after getting Green lights on ALL audit points.
- Frustration, in that I could have doubled the size of my team based on the amount that was paid for the audit.

Hindsight: A good story to tell
