Hello,

I am searching for a template to track healthcare research projects for team meetings on a weekly basis. Right now we have a really simplistic table I've created in Word - the headings are: Research area, Project name, Study team, Overall aim(s), due date, effort last week, effort this week.

I would like to use something smarter to prioritize researchers time. Some kind of ranking system as to what needs to be a priority. We have 52 projects underway and his would be more of a communication tool than a project management tool for each project per say.

Thank you, Heather

Hi Heather.

If I have interpreted your question correctly, you are looking for a method for prioritizing projects and a tool for tracking. There are a multitude of ways to determine the priority of projects. Have you looked at, for example, the Ranking Method, the Scoring Method, and the Domain Approach? Also, it might be worth looking into the Action Priority Matrix.

Best of luck,

Cynthia
