Leadership and Self-Deception/The Outward Mindset - The Arbinger Institute
The PM Network and other PMI magazines
Project Manager Competency Development Framework
Anything else that peaks my interest

Hi Kimberly, I really liked Leadership and Self-Deception, remembering from it the story about the boss who stood up for their team member and earned long-time trust as a result. I always defend my team; achievements belong to them but mistakes belong to me.
