Hello!

I am always looking for new materials to read not only to help with Project Management, but just in general. Do you all have suggestions on what could be read? I currently read the following:
Leadership and Self-Deception/The Outward Mindset - The Arbinger Institute
The PM Network and other PMI magazines
Project Manager Competency Development Framework
Anything else that peaks my interest

Thank you very much!

As you noted that you are reading The Outward Mindset a good book to add related to Mindset is Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D.

Kiron, love the idea of a daily TED video!

Hi Kimberly, I really liked Leadership and Self-Deception, remembering from it the story about the boss who stood up for their team member and earned long-time trust as a result. I always defend my team; achievements belong to them but mistakes belong to me.
