So you just need to set up for time plan, work breakdown structure, the scope of work and so on the beginning. Then when the project ongoing implementation you just put progress and you can get a lot of separate outputs such as s-curve, dashboard, backlog issue and so on in one integrated system.

SAP has its own model to do that which contains all you stated.

I mean, for the model I'm using now. I usually use different Excel files to set time plan, gant chart, set up resource, scurve, backlog, etc. I think it would be easier if I put that all in one integrated system. So everyone who has authority can see either only in the display of a dashboard or in specific detail. I am quite overwhelmed now. Because projects continue to grow in number with frequent changes request in the middle of the process. As a PMO that requires a lot of interaction with various stakeholders, I have difficulty if I also have to send a report regularly to high-level management.

Not clear on what your need is.

Fully integrated solutions exist, like SAP or Oracle.

You may consider some other solution like MS-Project or Open-project. They can be linked to actual ERP system using customized tools.

Vincent Guerad: Yes, I mean like that. I know this software so well. But I am looking for online version, so if your boss wanna see current progress he only needs login then the data ready to be served. And another benefit we would get if we use system like that, I think we don't need to send a daily report. Because everyone will given access to know how far is a project running

Any project management software like MS Project, Oracle Primavera, Spider Project integrate project data and provide the reports that you need.
Selection depends on your concrete requirements.

There are a variety of tool suites out that which will work. You can even create a dashboard in OneNote, that's linked to all your project data files. If you want to fully integrate all your data in one tool, be forewarned that can result in a lot of tool maintenance costs over time.

Different types of data sources can be very difficult to integrate. There is always going to be some customization for how you use the tool to fit your business needs. If you Lean out your processes, make IT changes, etc. you need to change it in the tool.

Recurring costs on maintaining the perfect tool generate their own headaches. I try to find a balance of not spending too much time gathering data and putting it on charts for execs, and not spending more time automating tasks than was avoided.

Honestly, I've never used it before. But I think this is I am looking for. Thanks in advance. As a technical side, is it almost similar to Ms. Project? Do you have references for me, like a manual book or something else to guide me use this software as well?
