Is there a good source for construction project management agreement (between client and PM) templates?

Hi,

I'm looking for a source for an agreement, or contract document that would outline the services (included & not included), fees, and terms for a construction project management consultant. Specifically for renovation services to commercial real estate - retail, residential and office in Canada.

Any ideas on the best source?

Think that very much depends on the local legislation and regulation. Look out for construction contractual services.
It for sure is different in Germany and France, and I heard in the US it is state regulation.
