In my personal opinion is those solutions that will cover your actual project/program management process. Today we are using HP PPM in my actual work place

I second Sergio's answer - there are many solutions out there which might fit, but you need to start by defining the processes you wish to have automated before looking at a tool, otherwise you will just be automating chaos.

What's best for one organisation may not be best for your organisation. This is because every project may use the same tools and techniques but are always differences from one project to the next due to different stakeholders, requirements and project resources. So as Kiron stated, you need to find out what are the essential processes you need to automate in order to get the project up and running.

Check with your organization what tools they are using if not you can suggest any online/offline/standalone tools. But be sure about the roadmap of your organization is focusing & major process areas need to cover up.

Sirs, Thanks for your reply.

the main pain points that we have ;
1- track project progress
2- track milestones, deliverables including milestones billing
3- resources assignments and availabilities
4- Project Risk list and status
5- easy reporting, currently to make a report for top management, I need to collect information from all PMs. every PM uses MS Project

we require to automate the following processes project initiate, resource allocation, project budgeting

I have checked different solutions like Wrike, 10,000 ft, Monday.com, celoxis, and each of these solutions has pros and cons.

Mohammed, you should treat your project tracking application selection and implementation as you would treat a very important project. Remember that a fail to plan is a plan to fail.

The right application depends on your organization and not the other way. As an example, How many people are involved in your projects, are there a few, and are they together in an office or are they hundreds, or are they spread around the world? Do you need sub-tasks and predecessor tracking or just a list of task is sufficient? Do you use agile, predictive, combination or hybrid? Are your tasks long (several weeks) or short (hours)?

I use smartsheet, which is customizable and flexible, but I suggest you start with google sheets. So you gain understanding on your needs before deciding. If you want to chat on the phone, please let me know, we will excahnge numbers or skype.
