You can create a blog here under your profile and share your experience in post you publish under your blog then you can manually claim those PDU’s on the CCRS.

You don't need high influence but a starting influence and complete profile. You can contact site admin or customer service and they will help you out for sure.

For publishing articles I think no influence is needed. For starting a blog there is a limit as I remember, however the limit is achievable.
