Is there something about project management that really sparks your interest or frustrates you? Writing a thesis is a long process so it is best to find something of personal interest. That could be related to emerging technologies, team dynamics, analysis techniques etc.

It is even better if you develop significant new skills or knowledge in the process. Writing an AI related thesis, you might explore multiple tools and develop skill using them. A thesis involving team dynamics might provide you many insights to dealing with common or difficult situations you can apply in your daily work.

Pick something personal to you and it will make the process both more enjoyable and more applicable to your future work.
