The 7 Habits is one of the first workshops I ever attended. I was sent by the first company I worked for. It was, for me a profound paradigm shift in the way I saw things. I've used the principles I learned in that workshop ever since. I've come full circle as the company I work for now offers this to their employees overseas and they are preparing to launch it for North America employees soon. I look forward to the refresher.

Dear Kiron
Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your opinion.
The more I read other authors, the more I consider that the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People address all these themes proposed by other authors.
My opinion may be worth no merit to this discussion as compared to the individuals in this discussion my credentials, and overall experience is tremendously off par. However, with my experience with books, How to Win Friends & Influence People, and 7 effective habits have been life changing for me, with regards to dealing with people in everyday life, and transitioning from my old scripts and paradigms to a completely rejuvenated way of interacting with people, and external forces.
