i know there's a lot of experts here that does not need a lite approach of PM. But, i'm trying to give easy basics keys to lambda users about PM. To let them discover our world.
Do you think this is the kind of article it could be nice to have here ???
If you look at the majority of those who are members of projectmanagement.com, I suspect we would find out that most of them are using it because of their PMI membership. Their PMI membership is probably in anticipation of getting their PMP, thus presuming a certain level of project management experience.
What I don't know is how many lambda users projectmanagement.com gets? I see the occasional anonymous entries in discussions. How would you direct guests to the correct article? Saving Changes...

yeah, i don't know lol
i heard a lot of my customers saying : my boss gave me a project, but i don't know how to manage it, and we can't call for a freelance PM (budget)
ok, so i wrote an article about how to really easily manage a project, it's about waterfall of course. It's a short article, in french lol And this is the first part.
I've published it on LinkedIn, and naturally people who begin in pm go to it and like it...
So, i've got a doubt that could be very interesting here ... :-/ Saving Changes...
