One of the fundamental skills of project managers is negotiation.
What is, in your opinion, the most important feature to trade successfully?

1.To know the bigger "take' and be ready to "give" up small things that wont matter in the long run.
2. Empathetic, Communicative and assertive to let the other party trust and follow you.
3. Diminish the other party's options which you don't want to give.

Points 1 and 3 refer specifically to tactics you can use in negotiating.
