Dear Community,
Starting a project in a small company, I would like to make the Leadership aware of the crucial importance of the Project Management to enable successful delivery of their initiatives.
As "appetizer" or "teasing", I am looking for a short (and if possible fun) video. It could for instance illustrate a catastrophic project outcome, due (of course) to a lack of PM skills.
Any good idea to share with me?
I would be grateful !
Thanks to everyone !

Dear Thomas
I went to see the video after its interesting your suggestion
Thanks for sharing
Despite the sense of humor (cat shaped balloon..or I am able to do anything) it seems a little too long for the desired end
It's just an opinion and, as such, it's worth what it's worth.

Dear Alexandra
Interesting question
Thanks for sharing
Is the idea to produce or use something already designed and produced?

Dear Luis,
First thanks for taking time to post a reply.
I would like to use an existing video, as I have to do my presentation Thursday 21st. I am sure that there are already amazing things, ready to use :)
Thanks again,
Enjoy your day
I enjoy "BP spills coffee". (Use the clean version for the office.) It is a parody of their response to the Deepwater Horizon oil leak without a cohesive plan.

You could also grab a bunch of apropos Dilbert cartoons related to different project-related dysfunctions and show how a disciplined, pragmatic approach can avoid those...
