Searching for a full Construction cycle references documents/articles

I am looking for a reference document that would cover a construction project from its early definition to completion.

All the steps that lead to the RFP, ....then construction...and commissioning.

If it covers various modes such as traditional and PPP even better.

Have you looked at the Construction extension to the PMBOK Guide (https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...ion-extension)?

That plus the WBS practice guide would likely provide sufficient guidance.

I know those by heart but I do not have a construction guide that have all those in on place. Did you check the PMBOK Construction Extension Guide ? It is a very comprehensive guide and has lots of great info in it.
