My company allocates a certain amount of money per year for training. We can choose whatever course, subject, certification, etc we see fit. I have my PMP certification and have taken a handful of courses PMI offers but want to know: What would be a good course/seminar/webinar, etc to take that would help advance my career beyond a project manager?

I have done PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, SAFe-SA , CSM after completing my PMP. This all will add value to your career. If you are planning for Agile then best route is CSM, PMI-ACP and then SAFe.
Consider online university courses. They will give you a chance to explore areas that might interest you. They might also be useful for the educational requirement of your next certification.

There are plenty of good courses. I guess the question you should ask is what interests you and what kind of project would you like to work on. Also, today, agile is everywhere as you have your PMP already, you can head towards it. PMI offers different certifications which will help you. I am planning fr my PMP this November. I was looking into it myself.
Basically my answer was, outside of non-project management things like SQL and BI tools; the best options for me as someone persuing project management in technical and service delivery fields.
Certified Scrum Master.
ITIL4 - Foundation, then follow up with more in the future.
My reasoning, these course are short 1 week and I could accomplish in work regulated study leave.
