How to communicate with our Project Team to get Daily Project updates,
how to tell them to do some Activity or make a Project document which is a necessary to highlight Report or Progress to show to the Management...???

How to build up relationship with own Team to get data, status, updates and to give Inputs to achieve daily / weekly / monthly Updates...???
