What reader should I use for the PMBoK PDF that will allow for annotations and bookmarking?

I recently joined PMI and I am pursuing the CAPM. I downloaded the include version on the PMBoK guide but I cannot find a reader that works with it that allows for annotating and bookmarking progress. Any idea what reader I can use?

The PDF has been deliberately locked to prevent such actions.

I get that, but I do not believe it is universal. It appears I can download a Kindle version from Amazon that would allow for bookmarking, annotating, etc. I am not sure why the PMI version locks this, and I would rather not have to spend another ~$50.00 or so for another copy just so I can track my progress and keeps some notes.

Actually, it does allow for a download of a locked down PDF.

If you want to document in it or highlight passages, you'll have to acquire a physical copy.

I agree with Stéphane, PDF is locked to prevent such actions. personally, I used a notebook to document notes and annotations.

Your best bet is to purchase the PMBOK Version 7 in hardback. This will allow you to make your own physical notes as apposed to digital note taking.

While I can appreciate potential misuses of this copyrighted material, there has to be a better way, and allow people to use the technology without waisting natural resources. I would certainly be glad to pay more to unlock the annotations...

In that case, Andre, I suggest you buy the printed book. You will then be able to annotate to your heart's desire.
