As a PM I was learning about AI and neural networks (NN), so I would understand what it is, how it works and to be able to talk to the stakeholders and data scientists more or less with confidence.
Other than that, I don't have any special relations to NN, except chastising Alexa for not providing me answers to the questions I ask... :)

Eventually, deep learning-based systems might be able to pull together and correlate vast amounts of WPD/WPI to come up with a fulsome understanding about a large complex project's status or to provide much earlier identification of emergent threats and opportunities.

I learned about ANN (Artificial Neural Networks) while I was pursuing my Doctorate degree during 1995-98. There are lot of technological advancements and process improvements since then but the main theme of ANN / AI / Deep Learning/other emerging fields is to utilize all the available data/information and utilize it for making decisions, forecasting/predicting future behavior, minimizing risk and many more similar benefits.
Coming back to PM and our skills, we will be able to use any of these emerging technologies and improve our planning, risk management, and minimize project failures.

Interpersonal skills and a PM's ability to grow those over time will continue to be required so long as humans are working on projects. The only way they won't be needed is either if:
1) Humans are replaced by machines on projects
2) Humans evolve to no longer require interpersonal skills
I don't expect either of these to happen any time soon...

No sooner will the replacement of people by robots in carrying out the project work
I've been thinking that writing is between 5,200 and 10,600 years old which is nothing in the history of mankind.
The media has evolved so quickly that it will have a significant impact on the way we communicate (communication is one of the skills in interpersonal relationships)
The other day I saw a demonstration in which a hologram (exactly like us) spoke another language than ours (simultaneous translation)
Certainly simultaneous translation will have a significant impact on how we communicate with others (cultural issues will be present)
