The majority of the discussions involves always the same valuable persons with any doubts valuable contributions, and the origin of the opinions are provenient almost all from the same culture ( American continent).
What approaches do you think that this social network could implement to increase cultural and gender debate diversity?
How to increase the participation of other cultures in the debate like Europe, África or Asia, certainly this will enrich the opinions debate. Saving Changes...

I admit that I would feel something is wrong if I see a thread without comments from Kiron, Rami, Sergio or Luis. Stéphane use to comment more often before retiring, now he is back full steam ahead! ;-)
Joking aside, I highlly appreciate the value and insight of the listed contributors, among many others, and hope to keep on doing so for many more years to come.
Thanks for the mention Eduard, much appreciated. Cheers ! Saving Changes...

Dear Eduardo
It is very gratifying for me to read the reflections you make in this community.
I learned a lot from you and everyone who shares your thoughts on different topics.

Thanks Eduard - like Sergio, this and LinkedIn are my two frequent "haunts" for giving back. Sort of like the bar Cheers... where everybody knows your name (and there always glad you came)!

I agree that the language problem is huge for people who do not speak English. Automatic translation of professional discussions is not good at all. But there are other problems too. Not only for representatives of different countries but also for representatives of different industries. In particular I don't think that discussions on Agile or tools like Jira are interesting for construction managers. Yes, there are different project management cultures and tools at different countries. But I doubt that it may be of interest to the majority of forum participants. Discussions in this forum are mostly simple and IT industry oriented or concern PMI certifications. Maybe I missed the discussions on project management approaches and methodologies (agile or never existed waterfall is an exception), creating right project models, resource constrained scheduling, risk simulation problems, etc. but it means that they are rare.

Following your advice I looked at the topic Scheduling and found that there were 20 posts on this topic since September 11, most about scheduling, not on scheduling itself.
There were only two posts on risk management in December (one on risk simulation). And replies showed that people just do not use it. Saving Changes...

I have to admit, though, that in an age where HR can reject applicants for high school tweets made 10 years ago, it sometimes makes sense to merely lurk on the internet.
(I find this to be a relatively safe forum, I'm just acknowledging that some people are reluctant to participate in online forums, and that's valid.) Saving Changes...

Dear Alexandre,
I think the issue is with time only, basically managers are too busy.
I am from Africa and I did my best to contribute every day espcially after 12 hours working day
thanks
