We include something called program health. Program health is calculated based on financial, schedule, scope, resources, issues and risk indicators. For each one there is an acceptable thereashold that contribute to the calculation. Program health is presented as Red/Yelow/Green indicator.
When determining program health, are you just looking at active, in-flight projects within the program?

Jajaja. You know, companies sometimes use some terms more close to marketing than other type of things. But the idea is to find a term that produces a "movement" inside the people that received it and after that they will not forget it and what it does mean.

I did not see any comment as to resource assignment and availability in the responses. We like to say that success is based on people, people deliver the project.
Additionally, some projects rely on external support usually acquired through procurement - engineering and architectural services, long term deliveries, etc. That being the case, procurement status may be critical.
A clear understanding of the purpose of the review and needs of the attendees is critical in preparing the report.
Some say that costs/budget are the only real concerns of the program review committee. Which may be true but everything that has been mentioned has an impact on costs. Saving Changes...
