Did you notice that the PMI website has a new tab?

What is your opinion about the idea of creating this new tab?

Dear Kiron
Thanks for your feedback

Already read the book "Good To Great" by Jim C. Collins?
A long time back, Luis! Are you evaluating Sunil's capabilities as a Level 5 leader?

Dear Kiron
Thank you for your question.

As you know, level 5 leadership comes as a result of a study by Jim Collins

It's good to know the reasons why organizations were so successful and the profile of their leaders.

I, in this community and others I'm involved in, just share the little I knowand and I learn a lot more.
And the more I learn, the more aware I am of how limited I know

Have you heard of level 5 leadership?

Level 5 leadership is marked by humility and determination.

Some daily attitudes of an excellent leader:
1. Listen to different points of view before making decisions
2. Value each team member's task to achieve results (and demonstrate this value in the company)
3. Calling yourself the responsibility for any team failure, even if it is not the leader's fault
4. Avoid talking about yourself in meetings and lectures and using examples from others on the team.
5. Set an example of humility in every attitude

Some questions that will help you reflect on how you lead a 'level 5 leader':

- What is the biggest motivation: helping to build a great organization or your own career?

What does he prefer: fame, fortune and power OR build, create and contribute?

When a project is a success, does it say 'me' or 'us'?

When the project is flawed, whose fault is it?

Is he mentoring someone who will replace him?
