Besides being responsive, seems more aligned with PMI's new image and the look & feel is more recent.
For the time being I have an improvement suggestion:
In a smartphone, the discussion tables becomes a list we need to constantly scroll up/down, reducing a lot the number of discussions visible per page.

It looks like PMI has upgrade the back end web server platform that they had been using, probably to make the website more mobile compliant. Its probably something that should of happen a few years ago but at least its happening. It gives the website a feel of newness even though all the content is in the same place. Again from me a positive step that builds on all the other changes happening at PMI.

Yes it's Nice , but is all a bunch of cosmetic operations, appearence , usuability, functionalty is importante, but the more important are the core changes in PMI , how this afect the members and what is the future. Saving Changes...
I prefer the older version of the design, of course responsiveness is a must functionality especially for mobile users. But, some features have been sacrificed in the process. For example, in the navigation bar, community link used to display the most recent discussions, giving users more simplicity and accessibility.
