You can report PDU'S with these steps: 1. Log in with your credentials at this page: https://authentication.pmi.org/Default.aspx?r=ccrs.pmi.org&s=True 2. In the menu bar from the top, select: PDU's, report PDU's. You will be redirected to this page: https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim 3. Here you can view a list of PDU's categories, like Course or Training, Organization Meetings, Online and Digital Media, etc. Click in the name of the category you can submit a PDU. 4. A form will be displayed, to fill out the data necessary to claim the PDU. After complete all data, click on submit button. Hope this helps you! Regards ...

Hi.
The correct adress is "https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim/new/Class" . Remaining into https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim still gets you a loop tot he main page. So... I came to a point where I can finally report PDUs.. The class provider is registered but inactive, and at the very bottom it tells me to 'Enter valid PDU amounts.' but there is no option for any user input. There also isn't a way to just send the info or to contact anyway. Its 42 PDUs, but It just doesn't let me submit. What should be done in this case? Jan 14, 2020 10:45 AM

Hi Diana, if you are still having issues to report your PDUs, try John Ting's suggestion in this thread (Nov26). Log on to PMI.org via Chrome Incognito page. I was stuck in the same loop and couldn't report my PDUs but using the incognito page got me to the proper site which accepted my reported PDUs.

Juz Simply clear the cookies of the CCRS website. It will be solved.

Same deal. I entered the dates for the class. And then down at the bottom where the triangles are it says, "Enter valid PDU amounts" but no means to do so. I have tried two different web browswers.

Hello, I have the same issue. I was able to enter a webinar topic and submitted. I was able to do this twice but then I dont get that page anymore. I dont get the form to report pdu, anymore. I have been searching in all sites. Why should it be so hard to submit PDUs?

I've had the same problem. But in my case is because I do not have a certification yet. I can only submit to earn PDUs after I have the certification on my profile. I didn't know.
