We have been reading about version 7 PMBOK.
What is expected in this new version, knowing that there is an update in the PMP exam content?

The PMBOK Guide 7th Edition will be finalized by the end of 2020.

You need to wait to the draf publication that will take in place on Jan 15th. At this time, you will be able to participate into the public draft review and you will find the information you are searching for inside the draft itself usually inside an apendix.

I can't provide too many details as those of us who were in Review Team One were required to sign the usual non-disclosure documents, but some key points:

1. It is principles rather than process-based
2. It is a full rewrite of the document and is expected to be under 200 pages
3. It does cover agile, hybrid and traditional approaches in a more natural fashion than the "bolt on" approach taken for the Sixth Edition
4. It does a good job of balancing the people side of the profession with the hard skills

As far as the relationship to the exam goes, the Seventh Edition will NOT be a reference for the new exam when it is launched on July 1. The Seventh Edition of the Guide will not be available till after the exam change so PMI is still listing the Sixth Edition as one of the references for the new exam.

I do not know. We should either wait for the draft or sign up as Kiron mentioned.
