The multiple intelligences identified by Howard Gardner are:

Linguistic Intelligence
Logical-Mathematical Intelligence
Spatial intelligence
Musical intelligence
Kinesthetic Body Intelligence
Interpersonal Intelligence
Intrapersonal Intelligence
Naturalistic Intelligence
Emotional intelligence

These intelligences are not exclusive and we all have some of these intelligences, developed to a greater or lesser extent, and they overlap.

Each person presents a unique combination of intelligences in types and degrees. This combination defines the creative abilities of the individual, that is, their ability to deal with problems and opportunities.

BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCES, WHICH TYPE OF INTELLIGENCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR A PROJECT MANAGER AND WHY? IF RELEVANT, SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES.

Joao,

Since we have all of them at different degrees, it is important that the good one kick in when needed.
Hi Vincent,

Thanks for your thoughts!

It kind of reminds me of Harry Potter sorting hat :)

You don't need the maximum levels of all ntelligence types, you need the enough amount of that needed intelligence type in that one occasion!
