Badr, since the research and writing of a dissertation requires so much work, it needs to be not only interesting/innovative in the relevant space, but also something about which you are passionate; for which you have access to advisors/resources who are aligned and supportive; a logical continuation of who you are and what you've done to date; a path to who you want to be in the next phase of your professional work, etc.

I submit that you would be wise to reflect on all that, together with "local" advisors, likely who already know you well and with whom you can explore all that in context.
Cher Smith,

Dear Sergio Luis,

Thank you for your Feedback.
I agree with you feedback, the proposal needs to cover the topic, the professor requirement, the university philosophy and the personal ambition.
I think that for the moment, the objective is to bring something new. Actually, the project/service management fields are focusing more on methods, techniques, organizational aspects, but we don't cover enough the human aspect of the project management which is for me the most important one and the most difficult to manage.

As suggested by some colleagues, we can add topics like innovation, IA, .... I think these kine of subjects are not deeply covered and we don't have a practical and scalable framework.

Thank you again for you feedback
You are welcome. I will write with the aim to help you, no more than that. I disagree due to topics like AI are covered in extension due to I worked into firms that sell tools with that from long time ago. Others like human aspect applied to project management have no much sense due to project management is an activity likes others related to human behavors then there is no something innovative to write about. For example, the PMI has published three articles I wrote in the past related on that but I just took something that is outside there (perhaps except for the point 3): 1-about itelligence where I wrote taken Carlos Tevez as a model. 2-related to teams where I wrote taken the Chicago Bulls as a model because the conflicts between Jordan, Pippen and Rodman outside the courts. 3-about change using the Newton´s Laws to explain how to deal with change. If you ask me, something that "the human aspect" is becoming a new buzzword. Not because it is not important. Just because the only thing to do is taken what is there and it is applied into others human activities. Perhpas, what can break this and it will be against all the others said is to write about the world is going to work with highly distributed, multi cultural, multi country virtual teams just in case you consider it disruptive (I think so). What you say "technical" is the key aspect of all activities in the future, not the human. Why? Because technology is replacing some human aspect unfortunatelly. Think about how people is into "the matrix" more and more. Between technical, other subject that can be interesting but will demmand to use and integrate different tools is the use of data to create information to be analyzed with AI all these inside a knowledge management system (where system is not a synonim of software) that will help to gain into agility to organizations.
