Is "Factors in Information Technology Services Offshore Outsourcing with focus on telecom industry" a good topic for my gratuate thesis(dissertation for MS)? I am confused if I should submit it or there can be a better related or more precise topic.. Please help

For a graduate level, I suppose it will do but what if you can e=restrict yourself to one area of expertise, either IT or Telecom? You can customise the topic to your regional needs and requirements.

Great point Suhail. For a graduate thesis especially reduce your scope. Like any good BA would, ensure you think hard about what you can deliver. At the level of rigor a thesis requires, be careful.

I would also recommend that you focus on something you have at least some local exposure to, with people who would be considered experts. It's invaluable.
