I have a question about the Team Charter. According to the current process, the Team Charter is the outcome of 9.1 Plan Resource Mgmt, however I believe it would be better to have this outcome at 9.4 Developing Team as the Team Charter should be developed with all Project Team Members I believe and at 9.1. the complete Project Team is not onboarded yet. Has anyone an idea why it is the outcome of 9.1?
