The Coach (Heart-dominant)
The Visionary (Head-Dominant)
The Executor (Hands-Dominant)

Can you imagine what are Strengths and Weaknesses of every option?

So do you have a dominant side or you have the skill to mix all options?

I'm a foodie so I lead with my stomach :-)

Seriously though, while one of these might be out default stances, we need to apply situational leadership to bring the right stance to bear for the right situation.

Kiron,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I already knew from previous discussions that you are a supporter to situational leadership, nevertheless we as human beings have certain characteristics some developed then others, and even with training sometimes we fell in the trap to react naturally in that cases the dominance takes control. You never had a dominant part or all of your skills as a leader emerge naturally?

My default stance used to be The Executor but over time has become The Coach.
