I'm planning to write a book related with a manager's behavioral aspects for which my plan is to conduct surveys and also have some face to face interviews that would be imperative for the book. Suggestion:
Before these conversations, create a series of topics that can serve as a guide
I wish that you can successfully carry out this project of yours: that of writing a book Saving Changes...
Even though this community is quite large and would be a good statistically representative sample, the community rules prohibit posting surveys for such needs.
As such, you might be better off identifying appropriate discussion groups on LinkedIn, joining them, and posting your survey details there.
For example, the "PMI Project, Program and Portfolio Management" discussion group frequently has posts from researchers who wish to poll the group membership. Provide details of the survey, what you are trying to determine and a link to the survey.

I think both suggestions would complement one another for Jaleel - yours would provide a deeper dive whereas mine would provide a large sample size.
