Do you have a successfully PMIS implementation case to share? Do you know a municipality that had implemented a corporate Project Management System for Capital Projects / Construction projects focused in the Project Costing Controls and Cost Management? Saving Changes...
Oracle Primavera is the most common and well thought of PMIS, and well worth investigating.
You mention MS Project Online but the only demos of that I have seen did not indicate it had any cost management features at all. Indeed it seemed quite basic, nice looking but simplistic. Saving Changes...

Hi Tim, thank you for your comment. We are in the same page here. We've tried Project Online with some third party apps. Are you using Oracle Primavera Unifier? Thank you again!

Hi Paulo, I don't have Primavera in my current role, alas. It is a powerful system- the deployment of it is a project in itself, it also is not cheap, but seems to be good value.
Perhaps change the name of this topic (or start a new one) to "Oracle Primavera experience" and it may get more responses from people who have it now. Best regards

Hi Tim, do you have any experience or even better material about the Unifier deployment that you are able to share? As I see now in my project, PMO has thought that Unifier would do EVMS out of the box, and it looks like this is not the case.
