Teresa -

If you are looking at job boards for PM contract gigs, the usual suspects (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed) are going to be your best bet.

On the other hand, if you are looking to elevate your brand to be more visible and attractive to potential clients, then LinkedIn, this community and your local PMI Chapter would be your best bets.

Hi Teresa,
Could you please give more details regarding freelancing? Are you looking for a partnership or short-term working?

You may want to consider Catalant, an online platform where companies post contract needs and contractors pitch themselves. They generally charge between 20-25% of the contract amount, but it is one (should not be your only) avenue for freelance work. I believe that are HQ'ed in your home state, although they have postings from throughout the US with all being 'remote' currently.

When I did contracting, I work not with a site, else with a headhunter that look for clients. Send me a private message if you are interested in a few contacts.

You should have an established network of clients that you can tap for your freelancing. In fact, you should look to past employers, clients and partners for freelancing opportunities.
