Dear Fellow members,

We are looking for a project management company to present a client from Strategic Definition to Handover (RIBA 0-6) for 20,000 square meter office project which will include Fit-out, MEP, FF&E.

Right now I need help for composing letter to invite companies, if someone has any templates as described please share with me.

Note: I am not sure I am writing to much information thus i would like to compare mine with your ideas.

Regards,

These types of requests come in different levels of detail such as RFI (Request For Information), RFP (Request For Proposal), and RFQ (Request For Quote). The RFI is the least detailed where you might be asking whether the company has the interest, experience, and expertise to engage in further discussions.

I did a google search of RFI Template, and many of the top results are for construction, so looking there might be a good place to start.

Dear Keith,

Thank you for valuable information. I have composed RFI. I made a small research on bullet points for clear RFI or RFP but yet felt some more advice would be beneficial for better results.

I'm curious, Anar. Have you approached your procurement unit? They should have familiarity with the process and supporting tools and templates.

Stephane had the same thought as me: I would normally use whatever the procurement team told me was the latest document to use, so I could be sure it covered all the questions they wanted to know from vendors.
