Furloughed Talent in the age of COVID-19?

Anyone know how best to get in contact with talented folks? We're looking to hire for working remotely in the United States. We need talent in Sales, Marketing, DEVOPS and especially IT Development. This is for a social benefit company working on getting everyone back to work safely by building a trust marketplace.
