I have just started my job in a small company in which CEO decided to set up a PMO .
as far as I know , we should start it from supportive PMO , to stablish OPA documents as the first step .
Now my question is what type of OPAs should be issued at this step ?
organization numbering procedure ? what kind of templates/policies / procedures should be issued ?
I will appreciate if you could give a clue of them . Saving Changes...
