Project Management Internship Program

Hello! I am preparing a plan for a potential PM internship program. While I have some general ideas based on my experience and working for a tech company, I want to ask those of you that have been involved in or managed a PM internship program, what were the key drivers to making it successful for your student interns and your company? What were some of your pitfalls or components of the program that you had to change? Thank you!
