OnVue couldn't see me during the Exam, what is the solution ?

I should have PMP exam on Sept 13, 2020 @ 8.30 AM (GMT+7), but it was OnVue proctorer telling me can't see me, although i've passed system test, all check in procedures, disabling firewall, and good internet connection .
I did relogin as requested, and did all same things until four times, and still proctorer can't see me.
Proctorer then created a case for me. I begged to have relogin one more time but disregarded and "begin" button was no longer exist on my OnVue dashboard.
I contacted PMI customer care agent named Telen, and responded that it will be followed up through an email.

Congrats on your decision to sit for the certification exams. Sorry about the mishap, I hope PMI has responded to you, don't give up even if it takes some time to sort things out

Finally i have just granted to have a new exam. I am considering to have it at test center, in order to transfer the risk related with bad connection or anything.
Anyone has an experience having exam in test center ? How was it ?

The option of a test center is better, this opinion is based on my experience. At least the minimum requirement for every test center is to have a very stable internet connection. Good luck as you write
