Hi everyone! I saw that PMI switched from using myPMI to just PMI.org to check your account and access your dashboard. I recently submitted my PMP application and I am trying quite hard to access the dashboard but it seems like the website wasn't set up properly as it keeps running me in circles?
Brief description below:
1. I click on my profile picture on the PMI.org site
2. Click on dropdown menu that says dashboard
3. Get taken to a landing that says everything has moved to PMI.org and asking me to login (https://my.pmi.org/home/public?ReturnUrl=%2fprofile%2fpersonal) 4. I login (again)
5. Page refreshes but is still asking me to login and is not going anywhere
I've also tried a different approach and went to the certifications area of PMI.org
1. Click on PMP
2. Says I have submitted my application and has a link to go view my dashboard
3. Click on link and get taken to the same landing page saying I need to login again as they switched to PMI.org
4. Rinse and Repeat
I've also tried to access any option under my account but it wasn't working and did the same thing.
I'm getting quite frustrated at this point that I cannot access anything? I guess the work didn't involve taking into account the UX and testing each path to ensure it works.
Has anyone experienced this?
Any advice on how to fix this so I can actually go to my dashboard? Or how do I report it to PMI.org?

Pls let me know once the pmi webpage works. I cannot see my PDU in the page. What if we can’t submit PDU in time before PMP cert expires, how could we get the compensation for it? Saving Changes...
I have the same issue. I’ve raised it with customer care for 10 days now. I have an exam due and this is Soo frustrating ! I can’t access my paid course or see anything useful in the my account page except the static content

I figured out my issues- The scripts running the my account modules ( example- mypmi.app.navigation.XXX seem to be fronted by something thats blocking certain IP addresses. No amount of clearing cookies and caches or multiple machines in the same Internet Service Provider network worked. What worked is changing the ISP- i set my computer to mobile hotspot and used the 3G network to get around the IP filtering, and the module loaded absolutely fine, and I was able to access the dashboard, courses, etc and get to the content. The IP blocking ages out after a few days (probably put in place due to excess traffic from that subnet) and the site will load correctly on the original computer fine after a couple weeks. I hope this works. This was sooo satisfying to figure out.
