It shouldn't take more than a week or two to go through the administrative logistics of becoming an ATP, but to teach PMP prep courses, your PMP-certified instructors will need to be qualified and take the train-the-trainer course. For the DA courses, the instructors will need to hold the relevant DA certification (e.g. DASM, DASSM) and be qualified by your company that they are capable of teaching the content effectively. Those are the ONLY courses which PMI themselves offers courseware to instructors for - the rest would have to be created by your own company but you could grant PDUs for students taking them.
