I think your new company must provide it. BRD and FRD depends on lot of things, mainly in those type or projects. A single-document template isn't necessarily a good idea because software requirements (especially in the AI space) tend to be captured through the evolving collaborative efforts of multiple people. suggest to do a search in the "Templates" area/Tab. Customize the search "advance search", look for deliverables, presentations. You will find samples, examples but as said you will have to adapt it to your organization requisites. Clarify it's purpose with your stakeholders, team members (if you didn't do it yeat).
