Recommendation for an Agile/Product/PMO Consultant

Our company is transitioning to a product model in IT. I need to fasttrack some changes in our PMO to align. Specifically looking to define project methodologies, assess organization needs to align to a product model, and address disruptions that are happening due to the transition. I'd love to hear your experiences with consultants who guided you along this type of journey.
